1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any thewonderjoy product ("Services"), including WonderSnap, Clipnest, and Celebrations Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

thewonderjoy builds software products, including:

• WonderSnap: a macOS app for arranging and snapping windows.
• Clipnest: a macOS clipboard history and snippets app.
• Celebrations Bot: a Slack application that automates birthday and work anniversary notifications.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time.

3. License for macOS Apps

WonderSnap and Clipnest are licensed, not sold, for your personal or internal business use on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer the apps except where permitted by law.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. For Celebrations Bot, you are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account/workspace.

5. Subscriptions & Billing (Celebrations Bot)

Celebrations Bot offers a free plan and paid subscription plans:

• Recurring billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Razorpay, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Free trial: Where a trial is offered, you get full access to paid features for the trial period. When it ends, your workspace moves to the free plan unless you subscribe.
• Cancellation: Workspace admins can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; when your paid plan ends, your workspace is downgraded to the free plan and its limits apply.
• Plan limits: Each plan includes usage limits (such as user counts). We may restrict features that exceed your plan's limits.
• Price changes: We may change subscription pricing; changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will provide reasonable advance notice.
• Refunds: If you are not happy with Celebrations Bot, you can request a refund by contacting us. Refunds are prorated: we deduct a charge for the days you have already used in the current billing period and refund the remainder. Once refunded, your workspace moves to the free plan.

6. User Data

WonderSnap and Clipnest store their data locally on your device and send us nothing. Celebrations Bot collects limited data (names, dates, emails, Slack IDs) to provide the service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall thewonderjoy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
